We sell hardware. The stand is bought once and it is yours, and the redirect that lets you change the destination remotely is part of that purchase. Analytics is a separate subscription you can take or skip.

These figures are indicative

We are pre-launch, and the final price depends on quantity, finish and how many distinct designs you need. We published the numbers so you know the order of magnitude before spending time on a call. Every final price is given in writing in a personal quote, and no payment is taken on this site.

Why hardware rather than a subscription

We could have charged you monthly for the stand merely continuing to work, and switched it off the moment you stopped paying. Some review platforms do exactly that. It is the thing we deliberately did not build.

Bought once: the stand, the design, the unique code and the redirect. Changing the destination remotely is unlimited and never billed again, for the life of the stand.

Optional subscription: analytics history and reporting. Without it the stand still works in full and you still see the lifetime scan count.

Tiers

What separates the tiers is how many distinct designs are included, not a list of features. Design is the expensive work here, so design is what sets the price.

NFC stickers

A second product on exactly the same system. The price depends on quantity, size and design, so it is given in a quote rather than in a table.

Analytics

The subscription adds history: trends over time, breakdown by position and by route, and a monthly report. It does not add control over the stand, because that control is already yours.

There is no way to attribute a specific Google review to a specific tap, and we do not claim to. The dashboard keeps taps and reviews separate.

The Google rating and review count are read live from Google when you view them, and are not stored by us.

What stays yours if you stop paying

This is not fine print. It is the main reason to choose us.

The stand is bought outright. The redirect, and your ability to change the destination remotely, are part of the purchase and not part of the subscription, and they never expire. If you stop paying, the stand keeps working and you keep changing the destination yourself. Historical data is kept for 12 months in case you come back. At any time, free, we will give you your own permanent URL and print-ready artwork so you can reprint independently of us.

Returns and warranty

Returns and cancellation

14-day returns from delivery, no reason needed, full refund. Cancel before design approval for a full refund. Cancel after design approval but before printing and we deduct only the design work actually done. A fault within 12 months is replaced free, including shipping both ways, with no cancellation fee.

Warranty

12-month hardware warranty: NFC chip failure, delamination, or vinyl lift under normal counter use. Excludes physical damage, immersion and solvent cleaning.

These prices are indicative and are not a binding offer. They include 18% VAT and exclude delivery. The final price will be given in writing in a personal quote after a conversation.

Questions about price

If I stop paying, does the stand stop working?

No. The stand is your property, and the redirect is part of the purchase rather than part of the subscription. It never expires. If you stop paying, the stand keeps working and you keep changing the destination remotely as before. The only thing that closes is the report history, and we keep that for 12 months in case you come back. On top of that, at any time and free of charge, we will give you your own permanent URL and print-ready artwork so you can reprint independently of us.

Can I buy stands without the subscription?

Yes, and it is not a lesser path. The stands work in full: NFC, QR, remote destination changes and the lifetime scan count for each stand. The subscription adds history and reporting. The first month is included with every tier, and you can stop or start it whenever you like.

Why do the tiers differ on number of designs?

Because that is what actually costs us. Producing another stand in the same design is a small addition. A new design from scratch is hours of work with a client, and it is the single largest component of an order, more than the hardware, the printing and the shipping combined. So we price on designs rather than inventing feature differences with nothing behind them.

What counts as an additional design?

A different design, not an additional stand. Ten identical stands are one design. Two locations with different names and wording are two designs. If you are not sure how many you need, we will work it out on the call before you pay anything.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single stand, which is the Essential tier. On a single stand the design is built on the VISERR template with your logo and colours, because an original design from scratch does not price sensibly at one unit. If you want a design from scratch, that starts at the Brand tier.

When do these prices become final?

When we finish costing production with our suppliers. Until then, any price given to you in writing in a quote is binding on us, even if the numbers on this page change afterwards.
